Instead of going straight to La Paz, we took the advice of the crazy-haired Greek and went searching for ancient aliens at a pre-Columbian archaeological dig.
Not a lot to talk about here, really, aside from just how non-existent my ability to catch my breath was still at this point. Walking around this place was essentially like hiking. It hurt.
Anyway, here are a bunch of pictures I took around the site. Enjoy.
I'd put captions and descriptions on all of them, but I really don't have any meaningful descriptions that you can't find on Wikipedia (or Ancient Aliens).
Regardless, it was a really fun little trek around a very old place. We didn't get to go across the street to Pumapunku because it was closed for the day. Is therenothing in Bolivia that doesn't close at 4:30pm?!
